My first drop was one hoodie and a selfie.
I spent more than twenty years as a data analyst before I ever let myself say the word designer out loud. When I finally started, I had no fashion background, no investor money, and no inventory. I had one hoodie I made for myself and a quick video I posted to my Stories, almost by accident.
Sixty-five women bought that hoodie in one weekend. I packed and shipped every order from my Brooklyn living room, and I kept using that same model, sample first, sell second, all the way to $1.7 million in sales and a New York Fashion Week runway.
The workbook is that model, written down. Not theory, not fashion school, just the seven moves I actually made, in order, with everything I wish someone had handed me in 2019.
