Travel in Prints: Bermuda
On (or around) my birthday, which is August 19th, I like to get out of the city and see a little something different. This year was no different. I enlisted a couple of girlfriends into taking a quick jaunt with me to Bermuda! The idea of pink sand beaches really had me intrigued, and being that it's only an hour and a half flight from NYC, it was a no-brainer. Needless to say, it wasn't too difficult getting my girls to come along. ;-)
We spent most of our time relaxing on Horseshoe Bay beach (since it was so close to our hotel & absolutely gorgeous!), but we did get to venture into town for a bit.
Packing tips for Bermuda:
Lots of flowy, comfy dresses - the high was only about 78 while we were there, but it feels *much* warmer than that. I'd packed a couple pairs of pants for the evenings, but only ended up wearing a jumpsuit one night to dinner, because it was a bit rainy earlier in that day.
Bright & colorful swimwear! The beaches are absolutely stunning, and you'll want to take lots of pictures
Comfy walking shoes - we walked quite a bit around Hamilton one evening, and I had to switch shoes with one of my girlfriends because her feet were hurting towards the end of the night.
And now... pics. Enjoy!
